This is a really nice Rossi Overland Coach Gun in 12ga with 20" barrels. I believe this gun to be unfired, and I'll explain why. As you'll see in the photos there are no marks on the receiver face which would be evidence of firing. The firing pins show absolutely no wear, nor do the hammer face which will happen during firing. The original Rossi buttplate has sharp edges, again showing no use. The action is stiff, indicating little opening and closing. Also, there are zero streak marks in the barrel and if it had been fired those would be present.
This Rossi has a beautiful lighter-colored stock, very pleasing to the eye. There are no scratches on the metal but one very light brusis mark on the foreend, which should be visible in the photos.
You probably already know this but these will take 3" shells although I know of no Cowboy Shooter who wants do that. But if you're buying this for home defense, and it would be a great home defense gun, then maybe you do. One barrel is marked "M" (modified) and the other is marked "IC" (improved cylinder).
And finally, if you're not familiar with these Rossis, these are the preferred SxSs with hammers for Cowboy Action shooting because they don't have the stupid tang safety, and they work great.
